Privacy Policy

Dealer Aria is a private workplace application used by the staff of a car dealership to run the sales floor: the up list, deals, vouchers, training, and team messages. It is not a public service. Only people a manager has added to the store roster can sign in.

What we collect

Your name, work email, and phone number, as entered on your staff card by a manager or by you. Optionally a photo you add yourself. Work activity you and your managers record in the app: position on the up list, guest visits, deals, vouchers, training progress, and messages. Sign-in events (when and from what kind of device) for security.

Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google, and we use them only to match you to your staff card and sign you in. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files, or anything else in your Google account, and we never ask Google for that access.

Notifications

If you turn on notifications, your phone gives us an address to send them to. We use it only to send you the app's own reminders and updates. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings at any time, and we remove the address.

Who can see what

Your managers can see your work activity, as they would on paper. Coworkers see what the app shows them (for example, who is on the up list). Guest names and phone numbers entered during a visit are visible only to the salesperson and the store's managers. We do not sell or rent any information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us run it

The app runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), and Resend (email). They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Nobody else receives your data.

How long we keep it

Work records (deals, vouchers, the daily up-list log) are business records and are kept as long as the dealership needs them. When you leave, your staff card is marked inactive and your sign-in stops working; your name stays on the records you were part of.

Your choices
